Walking tour in the Walser village of Triesenberg

The mountain village of Triesenberg was founded by Valais immigrants. When the Valaisans came, the Principality of Liechtenstein did not even exist. The settlers were independent and not part of the county at that time.

The village tour in the Walser village of Triesenberg begins in the Walser Museum. Hear exciting stories about how the Walser organized themselves on the mountain. In the 400-year-old Walserhaus you can see how people used to live. A special experience is the ascent of the striking onion tower of the parish church.
